Yael Stone
Stone was born and raised to Sydney, Australia. She attended Sydney's Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as well as The National Institute of Dramatic Art. Stone began her acting career as a child, with roles in the films Me Myself I and the miniseries The Farm. The main area of her work was theater. She won the title of Best Newcomer during the Sydney Theatre Awards 2008 and Best Supporting actor for The Kid. The actress also appeared in TV, including supporting roles in All Saints as well as Spirited. In 2010, she appeared on stage in The Diary of a Madman. This role earned her a second nomination for the Sydney Theatre Awards as Best Supporting Actress. In February of 2011 she flew from Sydney to New York to perform in the Brooklyn Academy of Music's production The Diary of a Madman prior to returning for principal roles in A Golem Story, Summer of the Seventeenth Doll, and As You Like It in Sydney.
